Job description

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, facilities, and electrical systems within a stamping and welded assembly plant.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and facilities.
  • Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
  • Install and repair electrical apparatus up to 400 VAC and 800 amps, including transformers, wiring, and electrical components of machinery and equipment.
  • Repair automated machinery and equipment such as Fanuc robots.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with Fanuc Robot Troubleshooting.
  • Ability to touch up robot points and move spot welds.
  • Understanding of IO (inputs/outputs) and ability to home robots.
  • Proficiency in robotic spot welding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in industrial maintenance and electrical systems.
  • Experience with robotics and programmable logic controllers.
  • Knowledge of Allen-Bradley systems, blueprint reading, and welding.
Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lansing, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
