Job description

- Develop and manage test plans (DVP&R) for window regulators- Submit test requests and manage execution of the test plans- Coordinate validation readiness activities across Program Management, Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and laboratory personnel.- Coordinate inter-laboratory validation testing with internal and external test laboratories- Support RFQs and future planning- Support engineering teams with interpretation of validation and reliability results- Subject Matter Expert of customer validation requirements, testing methods, and laboratory capabilities- Support ISO/IEC17025 management system in the lab- Become the Subject Matter Expert on the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)- Become the Subject Matter Expert on the Test Incident Report Process (TIR)- This role is based in Troy, Michigan and requires regular onsite presence. A hybrid work schedule may be available, allowing remote work up to two days per week, depending on business needs.
