The Leasing Agent for this large apartment community in SW Huntsville plays a key role in tenant relations and property management within a small, dedicated team. This position focuses on long-term lease cycles, providing comprehensive service from application processing to lease renewal without the need for travel between properties. Sales Personality

Responsibilities

  • Renting apartments
  • Screen prospective tenants to ensure eligibility
  • Conduct property showings and highlight apartment features
  • Prepare and execute lease agreements accurately
  • Provide responsive and professional customer service
  • Maintain positive tenant relations throughout lease term
  • Market available properties effectively to attract applicants

Preferred Qualifications
