Job Description
A Production Operator oversees manufacturing machinery, assembles parts, and performs quality checks. They ensure production lines run efficiently, meet daily quotas, and strictly adhere to safety and compliance regulations. This role requires high physical stamina, mechanical aptitude, and a strong eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
  • Using machines and or hand tools to assemble parts
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and assembly instructions
  • Following detailed procedures and performing quality control checks
  • Communicating and working effectively within a team
  • Maintaining a safe work environment
  • Learning new skills, terminology, equipment and techniques as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A High school diploma or GED is required
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components
  • Physical stamina and strength
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
  • Able to perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting for extended periods of time
  • Mechanical and technical skills a plus
  • Previous manufacturing experience a plus
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screen
