Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

As a Warehouse worker you will assist in can labeling, applications, and general warehousing tasks. This role involves operating pallet jacks, moving equipment, and managing product on pallets.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and fulfill customer orders daily with high accuracy.
  • Scan products, palletize orders, and prepare them for wrapping and shipping.
  • Assemble and package kits based on standard instructions.
  • Support general warehouse tasks, such as organizing products and maintaining clean and safe areas.
  • Apply labels to cans and products.
  • Break down and build up pallets.
  • Use pallet jacks to move pallets of products.
  • Pick orders according to pick tickets with attention to detail.
  • Combine parts and perform kitting.
  • Perform general warehousing and cleaning of workstations.

Work Environment

The shift is from 7:30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. You will work in smaller team settings, known as 'pods,' which allow you to build relationships quickly. The dress code requires steel toe or composite toe boots, and we provide safety yellow shirts or high visibility blue vests. The environment is typical of a warehouse.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Des Moines, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
