Job description

Cardiology Interventional Technologist

MUST HAVE RCIS AND ARRT CERTIFICATIONS. AZ RESIDENTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ASSIGNMENTS IN ANY ARIZONA FACILITY! Banner has a specific cover page. Please ensure candidates clearly outline all criteria they're willing to accept. The more flexible they are with locations, shifts, and departments, the faster we can secure an offer! The cover page needs to be 100% accurate with all requests noted.

· Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date, or no more than one week later

· RTO must be on the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days. No RTO during the first week of assignment

· Please list all facilities the candidate is willing to work in. Specify facility name(s), states, or all, if open to any facility in any state

· All shifts the candidate is willing to work

· All departments the candidate is experienced and willing to work

All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept. Please let us know immediately if the candidate withdraws or is no longer available.

· Must have a minimum of 24 months Cardiology Interventional Technologist experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - [REQUIRED]

· Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - [REQUIRED]

· RTO cannot exceed 7 days, No RTO during the first week of assignment - [REQUIRED]
