Job description

We perform 3D breast tomosynthesis (3D mammography). 3D mammography provides a 40 percent higher detection rate of invasive cancer than 2D imaging alone. We are accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR), which means we adhere to strict stipulations and guidelines, ensuring you a high-quality mammogram. All technologists that perform mammograms are certified in mammography. These are technologists who have received additional training and certification in the area of mammography.
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED.
NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Traveler must be willing to work Thanksgiving holiday, including Friday and weekend after and the Christmas Eve to New Year Day block (If Needed/Scheduled). RTO during this holiday will not be approved. Thanks!
Local Travelers - Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility - are not eligible for this need.8hrs non-billable orientation

Requirement description :

  • 2 years or more CURRENT Mammographer experience in a hospital setting - Required
  • Current ARRT (M) Certification - Required
  • I-CAD/3D HOLOGIC experience - Required - TRAVELER MUST BE 3D TRAINED. Please note proficiency on profile
  • At least 6 months previous travel experience - Required
  • IV Start experience - Required - Must be noted on profile

  • Skills Checklist (current to 1 year)
  • 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from within the past two years of employment
  • License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (VT license, BLS, ARRT and PERM ADDRESS)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
  • ARRT
  • BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
  • Vermont

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : MUST Be ARRT(M) Certified
