Local Radius rule: 50 miles, 10% reduction to bill rate

Employee Separation Policy: Any past employee of UPH whether FTE, or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another Market no matter which facility they currently work at, or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply

HOLIDAY update: unless the Unit is close, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)

NBO: 16 hrs

EMR: EPIC

OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier

Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum

On Call: ***/hr

Charge/Precept: ***/hr

Billable OT:

  • 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40

  • ARRT [required]
  • at least 12 months of X-Ray experience in clinic or hospital setting [required]
  • CLINIC experience including ability to independently function in high pace clinics and workflow - [highly preferred]
  • IA radiology license [highly preferred] -- will accept non-licensed candidates (MUST apply for license at acceptance)
  • Equipment experience: Phillips [preferred] -- hospital
  • Equipment experience: Carestream portables [preferred] -- hospital
  • proficient Operating Room experience; [required]
  • proficiency equipment experience: Client OEC c-arm [required]
  • Equipment experience: Siemens Cysto [higly preferred]
  • Fluoro experience [preferred]
  • 1st time travelers welcome; must have at least 12 months of X-Ray experience
  • Equipment experience: Konika flex [preferred] -- clinic
  • Equipment experience: Del Medical [preferred] -- clinic
  • MUST be comfortable registering patients at Clinics in EPIC-- [required]

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current X-Ray experience [required]
  • Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (X-Ray) – [required]
  • Active Iowa/IA license/IDPH State Permit – [highly preferred] [document]
  • Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
  • Driver's License [document] [required]
  • AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/client BLS - basic life support – [required]
  • ARRT certificate [required]
