Job description

Title: Temp Inplant Tech (Manufacturing Plant)
Location: Searcy, AR
Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7am to 3pm
Pay: $20/hour
JOB OVERVIEW: An Inplant Ink Technician manages on-site ink blending, quality control, and color matching inside a client’s printing or packaging facility. Acting as a direct liaison between the ink manufacturer (Sun Chemical) and the customer, the tech ensures printing presses keep running smoothly without color defects.

Essential Job Duties:
  • Produce and quality control inks to ensure inks meet or exceed the customer’s specifications.
  • Maintain housekeeping and safe operations
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lb. buckets; and move 500 lb. drums following standard procedures.
Required Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years industry experience
  • Knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook
  • This is a customer-facing position that requires a high degree of interpersonal skill
  • Capable of lifting 50 lbs. throughout the day
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
