As a Slot Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping the excitement alive on the casino floor. Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will ensure our gaming equipment operates at peak performance, delivering an exceptional guest experience every day.
Responsibilities
  • Execute preventive maintenance programs and service standards established by the Slot Performance team.
  • Maximize machine performance and minimize downtime by meeting monthly service goals.
  • Diagnose and perform minor repairs during scheduled preventive maintenance visits.
  • Support daily machine moves, installations, and modification projects while expanding your technical expertise.
  • Troubleshoot and work with integrated circuits, computer systems, and electronic test equipment.
  • Apply foundational electronics knowledge to maintain and repair slot machines efficiently and accurately.
  • Contribute to a safe, organized, and guest-focused gaming environment.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Formal training in electronic slot machine repair and related gaming equipment required.
  • Knowledge of casino gaming rules and regulations related to slot operations.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot, maintain, and perform routine repairs on electronic gaming equipment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of maintenance tools, testing equipment, and related technology.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and safely move gaming equipment weighing up to 500 pounds with appropriate equipment.
