This position is responsible for overseeing daily slot floor activities, managing a team of slot attendants and technicians, and maintaining high standards of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. The supervisor will coordinate with maintenance and security teams to promptly address technical issues and ensure compliance with gaming regulations and safety protocols. Additionally, the role involves analyzing slot performance data to optimize machine placement and maximize revenue generation.
