About the Opportunity

Corvi Talent is a national construction recruiting firm. We currently have multiple active Superintendent openings with commercial and industrial general contractors across the Houston metro and broader Texas market. These are permanent, direct-hire roles — not staffing or temp.

Project Types Our Clients Are Hiring For: Industrial, tilt-wall, distribution/warehouse, healthcare, data center, and multi-family construction.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Direct daily on-site construction operations across all trades
  • Manage subcontractors for schedule, quality, and safety compliance
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager on schedule, cost, and owner communications
  • Conduct and lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings
  • Maintain project schedule using 3-week look-ahead and overall CPM schedule
  • Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct daily safety walks
  • Manage punch list, inspections, and project closeout
  • Mentor assistant superintendents and field staff

What Our Clients Are Looking For:

  • 7–15+ years of construction field experience, with 3–5+ years as a lead Superintendent
  • Ground-up commercial or industrial project experience (projects $10M+)
  • Strong ability to read plans, specs, and manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously
  • OSHA 30 certification required; OSHA 500 a plus
  • Experience with Procore or similar field management software preferred
  • Must be able to work on-site daily; some projects may require relocation within TX

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary $100,000 – $145,000 depending on project size and experience
