Job description

Litigation Paralegal (Temporary) Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid) Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Duration: Approximately 6 months, beginning in August Perks: Firm-paid parking
Hybrid Flexibility: Hybrid after onboarding period; 2 days per week in the Seattle office. Additional in-office attendance may be required for trials or other case-related needs.
Compensation: Approximately $43-$48/hour , depending on experience
LHH is working with a Seattle law firm who's seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a long-term temporary assignment supporting a busy medical malpractice defense practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a well-established litigation team handling complex defense matters.
Responsibilities
  • Support attorneys through all phases of litigation
  • Manage case files, discovery, and document production
  • Review and organize medical records and case materials
  • Coordinate trial preparation and litigation deadlines
  • Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel as needed
Qualifications
  • Strong litigation paralegal experience required
  • Medical malpractice experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and case management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
