Join Maryville as a full-time Staffing Coordinator and help ensure exceptional patient care by supporting daily staffing needs. In this fast-paced role, you'll make daily staffing adjustments and help maintain appropriate staffing levels across the organization. Must be available to work during the weekend.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain the clinical schedule for the facility (CNA's and Nurses).
  • Ensure that the appropriate number of staff are working each shift of every day per regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy of information entered into time and attendance program; make corrections as necessary.
  • Assist in pulling reports for the monitoring of tardiness and overtime.
  • Manage use of temporary labor to ensure that there is little to none in the facility.
  • Maintain department records and reports.
  • Participate in administrative staff meetings.

Qualifications:
  • The ability to pass a background check is required of all Maryville Employees
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Recent experience in a Staffing/Scheduling role within long-term care or other 24-hour healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong computer skills required including staffing programs.
  • Attention to detail.

Physical requirements:
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
  • Required to sit for prolonged periods.
  • Be able to reach up, bend down, stretch and squat.
