American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier construction supply distributor in Ridgefield, WA to hire dedicated, full-time Yard Laborers. In this active position, you will manage building materials, pull customer orders, utilize basic hand tools, and keep the yard running efficiently. If you bring a positive attitude, strong motivation to learn, and a reliable work ethic, we want you on our team!


Description for Yard Labor:


  • Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free, and efficient supply yard environment.
  • Safely move, manage, and stage construction materials and site supplies across storage bays.
  • Assist with order pulling, checking counts, and preparing materials for client pickup and dispatch.
  • Utilize basic hand tools to prep, bundle, and secure supply shipments cleanly.
  • Follow all facility safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and maintain high situational awareness around yard equipment.

  • Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Consistent full-time day shift with weekends off!).
