HeX LAB est un laboratoire spécialisé en microbiologie, prestataire de service, intervenant dans des environnements exigeants (GMP/BPF). Nous accompagnons nos clients dans la réalisation d’analyses microbiologiques, de contrôle qualité, et le développement de protocoles, avec un haut niveau d’exigence en matière de qualité, traçabilité et fiabilité des données. Dans un contexte de croissance de l’activité, nous renforçons notre organisation et recrutons un(e) Lab Analyst et QC Coordinator afin de structurer l’exécution des essais, garantir un haut niveau de fiabilité documentaire dans un contexte GMP exigeant, et accompagner la montée en compétence de l’équipe.

Missions principales

Rattaché(e) au Lab Manager et en interface avec le QC Specialist, vous jouez un rôle clef dans la performance opérationnelle du laboratoire.

À ce titre, vous :

  • Réalisez des analyses microbiologiques et des essais dans le respect des procédures en vigueur
  • Participez activement à la production (70 % du temps), notamment sur les essais techniques ou critiques
  • Prenez en charge la rédaction et la revue des rapports d’essais
  • Garantissez la fiabilité et la cohérence de la traçabilité (enregistrements, outils, rapports)
  • Assurez la micro‑planification des essais en fonction des priorités opérationnelles, selon les directives du LAB Manager
  • Coordonnez au quotidien l’activité technique des LAB Analystes (organisation, priorisation, support)
  • Gérez de manière autonome les déviations simples et proposez des actions correctives
  • Assurez l’interface entre les activités terrain et les exigences qualité/documentaires
  • Veillez à la bonne utilisation des équipements (maintenance, disponibilité)
  • Contribuez à l’amélioration continue des pratiques et à l’optimisation de l’organisation
Profil recherché
  • Formation Bac +2 à Bac +5 en microbiologie, biologie ou domaine équivalent
  • Expérience en environnement GMP / BPF fortement souhaitée
  • Bonne maîtrise des exigences de traçabilité et de qualité documentaire
  • Capacité à organiser, prioriser et coordonner des activités techniques
  • Rigueur, autonomie et sens des responsabilités
  • Capacité à accompagner et structurer une équipe sans lien hiérarchique direct
  • Bon niveau de communication et esprit d’analyse
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, outils qualité)
