We are seeking a steady and people-centered HR Generalist – Leaves & Employee Relations. This role serves as the primary HR partner to our production teams and works alongside our HR Generalist – Payroll & Benefits, who partners with our administrative teams.Â
While that role focuses on payroll, benefits, systems, and engagement logistics, this position leads the people side of HR — supporting employee relations, investigations, leave management, and production performance processes to ensure fairness, accountability, and consistency across our organization.Â
Together — alongside our Talent Experience Coordinator and guided by the Head of HR — these roles form the foundation of our HR team, bringing complementary expertise and a shared commitment to supporting every employee.Â

What You’ll DoÂ
Employee Relations & InvestigationsÂ
Serve as the primary HR resource for employee relations mattersÂ
Conduct workplace investigations with professionalism and objectivityÂ
Guide leaders through corrective action and documentation processesÂ
Ensure fairness, consistency, and compliance in all employee mattersÂ
Escalate complex or high-risk issues to the Head of HRÂ
Temp Program ManagementÂ
Identify needs in partnership with Production leaders Â
Coordination with Temp Companies to schedule interviews and confirm onboardingÂ
HRIS Temp Administration Â
Administration of Watson’s Temp to Regular Process Â
Temp Time CardsÂ
Temp Invoice Processing Â
Production HR PartnershipÂ
Serve as the primary HR partner to production leadershipÂ
Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance on attendance, conduct, and performanceÂ
Maintain a visible presence within our production environmentÂ
Support leaders in building strong, accountable teamsÂ
Production Performance Reviews (Biannual Owner)Â
Own and coordinate the biannual production performance review cycleÂ
Support calibration conversationsÂ
Track completion and identify performance trendsÂ
Safety & Risk AlignmentÂ
Partner with our Safety team to monitor injury trends and attendance patternsÂ
Identify people-related risk indicatorsÂ
Ensure alignment between safety protocols and HR practicesÂ
Production Onboarding CompletionÂ
Complete onboarding tasks for new production team membersÂ
Ensure documentation accuracy in HRISÂ
Reinforce attendance expectations and workplace standardsÂ
HRIS OwnershipÂ
Monthly Information Audits- Ensuring accuracy within the HRIS systems Â
Employee information updates (Personal Action Forms)Â Â
HR SupportÂ
Support day to day HR operations Â
Continuously look for ways to improve our HR processes Â
Coaching and supporting team members and leaders Â

What you’ll need to know:Â
1- 3 years of HR experience in employee relations, compliance, or related fieldÂ
Working knowledge of workers’ compensation/ L&I Â
Experience supporting investigations or corrective action processesÂ
Understanding of compliance documentation standardsÂ
Comfort working in a manufacturing or operational environmentÂ
