The Front Desk Receptionist on the overnight shift, is responsible for secretarial duties, in addition, there are light housekeeping and a security aspect to this role. Opportunities for outstanding customer service and support are many in this role.
Responsibilities
  • Greet residents and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Assist Executive Team with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Answer phones in a professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Security walks inside the building
  • Light housekeeping

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in an independent living building or related field highly preferred
  • Knowledge of security and emergency processes highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Comfort with being a self starter a must
  • Ability to think outside the box
