This position applies basic administrative and office management practices and procedures to organize, maintain, and retrieve agency records, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail in filing, plus general office duties and customer service. You will be employed and paid by DTLC and assigned on-site with our client.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of basic administrative and office management practices and procedures.

• Sort, classify, index, and file documents and records accurately in alphabetical, numerical, and chronological systems.

• Review documents for completeness and accuracy prior to filing; identify and correct misfiled items.

• Scan, photocopy, and prepare documents for electronic recordkeeping.

• Perform data entry and general office duties as assigned.

• Provide customer service to internal staff and, as needed, to residents and visitors.

• Handle confidential resident and agency information appropriately; do not disseminate or disclose information to the general public, news media, or any person or organization without prior express written approval.

• Comply with all applicable client policies and procedures, including reading and acknowledging policies provided by the assigned department.
