We are looking for a dependable Front Desk Coordinator to support daily office operations for a Contract position based in Indiana. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, creates a welcoming experience for visitors, and can keep records organized and accurate. The position is fully onsite and will focus on front desk coverage, document handling, and data support in a busy office setting.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide attentive front desk support throughout the day.
• Enter benefit-related and application information into internal records with a high level of accuracy.
• Organize paper and digital files to ensure documents are easy to retrieve and properly maintained.
• Scan, upload, and route administrative documents to support efficient office workflows.
• Assist with general clerical tasks such as sorting paperwork, preparing forms, and maintaining office records.
• Coordinate with internal staff to help keep day-to-day administrative processes running smoothly.
• Support onboarding-related documentation needs and help track required pre-employment items as directed.
The salary range for this position is $19/hr. to $20/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role.
• Strong data entry skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a detail-oriented and customer-focused presence.
• Comfortable answering a multi-line phone system and assisting visitors in person.
• Solid organizational skills for handling filing, scanning, and document management responsibilities.
• Dependable work history with a track record of staying in roles rather than frequent job changes.
