Temporary Data Entry Specialist + Property Management + Omaha

Looking for a temporary opportunity where your attention to detail can make an immediate impact? We're partnering with our client, a well-established property management organization seeking a reliable, organized professional to assist with a high-volume data entry project. If you enjoy structured work, take pride in accuracy, and have prior experience working in property management and/or property management software systems, this could be a great short-term fit.

What You'll Do
  • Enter and code vendor invoices accurately into the property management system
  • Verify invoice details, including vendor information, GL coding, and property assignments
  • Review invoices for accuracy and help resolve discrepancies with internal team members
  • Maintain organized electronic records and supporting documentation
  • Assist with invoice tracking, reporting, and data validation
  • Support the accounting team with additional administrative and data entry projects as needed
  • Handle confidential financial information with professionalism

  • Experience working in a property management environment and familiarity with property management processes
