Ready to gain valuable experience in the legal field? This Assistant Project Manager opportunity is a great chance to develop hands-on experience in legal administration, project coordination, data analysis, compliance, and customer support.
As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll support important projects related to class action settlements. You’ll help manage claims, maintain accurate records, analyze data, assist class action members, and keep projects organized and on track.

This ongoing temporary position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in legal operations while developing skills that can transfer to a variety of administrative, project coordination, and customer support roles.
 
What You’ll Do
•  Support class action members by assisting with claims forms, questions, and settlement payments while providing professional and helpful customer service
•  Manage high-volume projects involving data entry, website updates, claims analysis, and reporting while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
•  Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion, using sound judgment to prioritize tasks and keep projects organized and on track
•  Collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot processing errors, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when needed to ensure project goals are met
 
Qualifications:
•  Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
•  Attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and the ability to follow detailed processes
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills,  prior customer service experience is a plus! 
•  Dependable, punctual, and team player

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $25/hour

Location: Downtown Seattle — onsite only
The office is in a incredibly convenient location - light rail just one block away and multiple bus lines stopping right outside the front door.
