BASIC PURPOSE
The CIS 113 Course Computer Lab needs a complete overhaul in preparation for the planned room move this Summer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of this overhaul, all the equipment needs to be tested and evaluated for possible replacement.
Duties:
Inventory all computer equipment and parts in the CIS 113 lab in PH 106 (and any adjoining rooms). Test each piece of equipment to be sure all meet the requirements as stipulated by CIS 113 Instructors.
Timing:
Given the current market conditions for computer parts, we will need as much lead time as possible to procure any replacement equipment, so time is of the essence requiring a dedicated resource.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
CompTIA A+ certification or
CIS 113 course completion with a grade of A- or better and CIS 113 Instructor recommendation.
