Desktop Computer Technician (Temp) | $18/hr. / 25 hours per week | On Site West Chester, PA
Our West Chester, PA client is seeking an on-site Desktop Computer Technician to work with their IT department on a part-time and temporary basis. Schedule can be flexible between the hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday. 
A day in the life of the Desktop Computer Technician

  • Provide hardware and software troubleshooting solutions
  • Memory replacement, power supply replacement, hard drive replacement
  • MS Office troubleshooting, OS installs, installing software, new computer installation
  • Assisting with various software applications, printer and peripheral installations, providing technical support, and specialized software training


Requirements of the Desktop Computer Technician position

  • Must be tech-savvy and willing to learn new skills
  • Hardware/Software troubleshooting experience 
  • Experience with Audio Visual Technology is a plus
  • Low to moderate physical tasks including moving computers and monitors, loading and unloading boxes and standing is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of staff
  • Working knowledge of the following Microsoft products:  Windows, Outlook, MS Office and Internet browsers


Experience in A/V, Polycom, Zoom Rooms, AMX, Cisco, Microphones, PC Technician or AV Technician, is a plus
