Appointment Setter

Start Date: ASAP
Position: Part-Time / Flexible Schedule
Location: Remote
Hours: Approximately 5–15 hours per week
Compensation: $50 per qualified appointment that attends
Ideal For: College students, recent graduates, or anyone looking for flexible part-time work

About the Role

We are looking for an outgoing, motivated Appointment Setter / Business Development Assistant to help us connect with local business owners and decision-makers.

Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to a list of businesses that we provide, following a proven script, speaking with the appropriate decision-maker, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team.

You do not need to close the sale. Your job is to start the conversation and get the right person onto the calendar.

This is a great opportunity for a college student interested in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, communications, or business development.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to businesses from a provided prospect list
  • Follow our calling script and training
  • Speak professionally with business owners and managers
  • Identify qualified prospects
  • Schedule appointments directly on our calendar
  • Accurately record call results and notes

  • Training
  • Objection-handling guidance
  • Appointment scheduling system
  • Ongoing coaching and support

Compensation

$50 for every qualified appointment that attends the scheduled meeting.

There is no cap on earnings.

For example:

  • 5 attended appointments = $250
  • 10 attended appointments = $500
  • 20 attended appointments = $1,000

The more qualified appointments you generate, the more you earn.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly and comfortable talking to strangers
  • Confident on the phone
  • Professional and articulate
  • Coachable and willing to follow a proven process
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Comfortable hearing “no”
  • Organized and able to keep accurate records
  • Interested in learning sales and business development

Prior sales experience is helpful but not required.

We care much more about your attitude, communication skills, consistency, and willingness to learn.

This position is designed to work around a student’s schedule.

You can work remotely and choose your available hours within our calling windows. It’s also an opportunity to develop real-world experience in:
