Outpatient clinic setting**
Quickly interviewing viable candidates: Phone call/text from a 405 area code.
The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
Local candidates are NOT allowable, and all candidates must have a taxable address more than 60 miles from facility.
As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional/clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.

  • NBO: 16 hrs
  • EMR: EPIC
  • OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
  • Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
  • On Call: ***/hr
  • Charge/Precept: ***/hr
Billable OT:
  • 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
  • 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48
Summer Holidays: Traveler will be required to work 1-2 of 3 (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
ORIENTATION SCHEDULE:
Weekly, every Monday
RequirementDescription:
  • At least 1 year of previous PT experience [required]
  • At least 1 travel contract completed - [preferred]
  • Outpatient experience [required]; Inpatient experience [preferred]
  • EPIC experience [required]
  • Traveler will work 4 days in our outpatient clinic and 1 day a week in acute care.
  • From Department: "If they are willing to work an acute weekend - 1-2 while here - we would take that as well. On call on Saturday 0700-1200 and Sunday 0700-1100. Only see ortho neuro and safety discharge patients - this is not a deal breaker for us but some travelers have wanted to work a couple weekends and this takes the burden off the perm team."

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current Physical Therapist / PT experience [required]
  • Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Physical Therapist / PT) - [required]
  • Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
  • Driver's License [document] [required]
  • AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/client BLS - [required]
