Job description

(Hybrid) Cash Management Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cash Management Analyst who will play a crucial role in supporting the month-end close process, maintaining transaction databases, and administering payments through online banking portals. This position offers an opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare company that values quality care and professional growth.
Responsibilities
  • Support the month-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and necessary reporting.
  • Maintain and update the POS-Bank transaction auto-reconciliation rules database in Oracle, investigating and resolving transaction exceptions.
  • Administer operational and acquisition payments via the online banking portal.
  • Maintain office change data in external databases and the Oracle Cash Management Module.
  • Correspond with field offices to resolve finance-related issues.
  • Participate in transformation projects, such as process automation and bank restructuring.

Essential Skills
  • 2-3 years of experience in treasury, banking, cash management, and accounting.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cash Management Model, cash journal entries, and bank reconciliation.
  • Experience in cash forecasting, cash flow, payment posting, and general ledger management.
  • Knowledge of Excel pivot tables and treasury management.
