Job description

Job Summary:
Sanmina is seeking an Opentext Content Server System Administrator to manage their Enterprise Content Management system. The role involves collaborating with various teams to improve business processes, providing system administration, and supporting corporate collaboration platforms.
Responsibilities:
• System Administrator role for our corporate Enterprise Content Management Platform, OpenText Content Server version 16.
• Project Workspace and User administration
• Platform Module installations, Patches, and software upgrades
• End User Training
• Support/Troubleshooting, including coordination with vendor support teams as needed.
• Workflow Development and support.
• Performance metric monitoring and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Assist in new process implementations leveraging Opentext Capture Center.
• Lead design and implementation efforts for additional Content Server implementations.
• Implement and support corporate collaboration platforms
• Become a subject matter expert for Sanmina collaboration platforms (G Suite, Videoconference, Enterprise Content Management (OpenText Content Server), Chrome OS, Virtual Desktop platforms, and others).
• Measure adoption of collaboration platforms and develop action plans to increase adoption.
• Help on preparing training and adoption material
• Partner with Technology teams as required in supporting the launch of processes designed to enhance our vision of a Digital Workplace.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelors degree in a related field of study
• 5+ years of experience in a system administration IT role
• 5+ years experience in a system admin role for Opentext Content Server/Livelink products
• Experience working with Workflows, Content Server Widgets, Workspaces, Web Reports, Web Forms, Templates in Livelink/Content Server
• Good understanding of the overall ECM processes and concepts (Capture, Manage, Store, Preserve, Deliver)
• Ability to leverage existing applications or methods and provide input into the development of new or improved processes
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong process oriented skills
• Strong interpersonal skills required
• Ability to work on strict deadlines
• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team as needed
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
• This is an ITAR facility and applicants must be a US Citizen
Preferred:
• Experience working with other OpenText products like Archive Server, OTDS, Enterprise Scan, Enterprise Connect, Capture Center
