The Opportunity

Adobe Stock just launched a revamped experience unlocked by powerful GenAI capabilities. With that, the team is seeking a data driven, customer centric Principal Product Manager to enhance the value of the AI Studio experience. You will identify customer needs, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best in class experiences that help customers find the content they need faster and easier than before! You will evaluate and bring existing generative capabilities to AI Studio, as well as influence cross Adobe teams to build what our customers need when it doesn't yet exist.

What you'll Do
  • Define the short and long term roadmap for GenAI on Adobe Stock, and partner with a cross functional team of Engineering, Program Management, Product Marketing and other Product Management to implement deliver it.
  • Be deeply empathetic to our customers while also deeply data driven to identify and represent their needs, define and prioritize your roadmap, set measurable goals, and build, learn, and iterate. You will need to balance customer value delivered for the engineering investment.
  • Communicate and evangelize, persuading and influencing others to support your plans all the way from the executive level to your peers.
  • Gather, identify and synthesize information in a fast-paced environment with a landscape that is constantly evolving. You'll need to thrive in ambiguity and change; and be comfortable whether you don't yet have enough information or have a mountain of competing data and asks.
What you need to succeed
  • 6+ years of product management experience for a consumer-facing digital/software product. Preferred: 2+ years experience working on Generative AI features.
  • Consistent track record of collaboration, experience shipping numerous high-value features for consumer web or mobile apps.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, used to help drive consensus and forward motion. Preferred: Experience presenting to and influencing Sr. Director and VP level roles to drive approvals.
  • Natural tendencies include planning long term and delivering short term, data obsession, critical thinking, and systems thinking.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $148,100 -- $282,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $194,800 - $282,100 In Washington, the pay range for this position is $178,600 - $258,700

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
