Our client is seeking an intake call center agent to assist our insurance clients and prospects with general support questions. This role requires strong customer service skills and ability to listen and resolve.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and thoroughly to customer inquiries and complaints
Document all customer interactions with detailed notes, including actions taken
Communicate and coordinate effectively with other departments next steps
Thoroughly listen to customer request and provide white glove service
Qualifications
Previous inbound call center experience (Plus)
Previous Customer Service Experience (Required)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Able to work onsite in our Freemont Michigan office
