We are urgently hiring for a Call Center Agent (Must Not Owe State Taxes)-100% Onsite

This position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring effective communication with clients. It requires handling customer calls, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records, all while collaborating within a medium-sized team of 6 to 15 agents to achieve quality service standards.
