Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Temporary Administrative Coordinator to support their client's technology team in Pasadena, CA. This short-term position, available immediately through the end of September, requires a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to aid in documentation and process standardization efforts. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing vital support to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and organize training documentation for internal teams.
  • Create and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Format, edit, and manage documents using MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Support visual documentation using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Perform basic graphic and PDF editing, including formatting, compiling, and updating files.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather information and translate it into clear, user-friendly documentation.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all documentation.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic experience with graphic editing and PDF manipulation tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Visio and/or Lucidchart.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting technical or IT teams.
  • Prior experience creating SOPs or training documentation.
  • Basic understanding of workflow mapping or process documentation.
Required Work Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Benefits
This role is a temporary, contract position with a competitive pay rate of $27.00 - $30.00 per hour. The position offers flexibility with potential for onsite or hybrid work arrangements, depending on team needs.
