Job description

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support our office operations during our peak enrollment season. This role is foundational to keeping our client communications and office running smoothly.


The position will encompass many aspects of the day to day office operations including answering and routing phone calls, scheduling client meetings, recording client information, and greeting clients into the office.


Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Experience: 1–2+ years of administrative, reception, or customer service experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Communication Skills: Professional, friendly, and clear phone etiquette with strong written communication skills for client correspondence.
  • Tech-Savvy: Tech-literate with hands-on experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Data Accuracy: Attention to detail when capturing, entering, and updating confidential client information into digital systems.
  • Organizational Ability: Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and stay calm under peak-season volume.
  • Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality during crucial business hours.

Preferred:

  • Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
  • Previous experience in an intake, scheduling, or high-volume client interaction setting.
