Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with qualified inbound leads and guide them through ACA plan options

  • Stay up to date on ACA guidelines, compliance requirements, and policy changes

Qualifications

  • Active 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License (required)
  • Strong communication, sales, and closing skills
  • Ability to simplify and explain complex insurance options clearly
  • Driven, goal-oriented mindset
  • Call center or telesales experience (preferred)
  • Experience with HealthSherpa or Convoso (a plus)
  • Multi-state licensing (a plus)
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time, on-site role (not remote)
  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Open Enrollment (Peak Season):
  • Extended hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Two weekends per month required
