Position Summary

We are seeking ahands-on Outbound Telemarketing Supervisorto build, lead, and scale an internal sales development team focused onATM placement and lead generation.

This roleis responsible forrecruiting, training, and managing a team of outbound callerswho generate qualified leads and appointments for the ATM sales organization. The ideal candidate has1-2 years of ATM ISO experience, understands high-volume outbound environments, and can driveconsistent pipeline generation through disciplined activity management.

This is anonsite leadership rolewithin a fast-growing ATM company, offering the opportunity to build a team from the ground up and directlyimpactrevenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Team Build & Leadership

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard outbound telemarketing representatives
  • Develop scripts, call flows, and objection-handling frameworks specific to ATM placements
