Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven In-House Telemarketer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and generating leads. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills,

a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases
• Clearly communicate the benefits of our products/services and answer any questions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly targets and performance metrics
• Handle customer questions professionally and provide correct answers and solutions
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
