Job Description

Telemarketing Representative - Bellevue, WA | FullTime | $17.13 + Commission - Access your earned income instantly and manage your money with free financial wellness tools through DailyPay.

Now hiring a Telemarketing Representative to join our fastpaced, onsite call center in Bellevue, WA. In this role, you'll handle outbound calls (no cold calling). You will be calling guests that attended a 90-minute timeshares presentation, conducting a customer service survey and as a thank you, offering a 2-night complementary stay at one of our premier resort locations.

What You'll Do:

  • Calling non-owner guests that participated in a 90-minute timeshare sales presentation at one of our sales centers. Telemarketer will conduct a short survey to log the guests' experience.
  • Offer a 3-day, 2-night complimentary stay to one of our premier resort locations.
  • Taking deposits of $99.00, but the guest gets that back and more in the form of extra cash or gifts such as dinners and/or shows.
  • Must be able to handle credit card transactions in our SAMs and/or TSW systems.

*Employees will be paid in 4 ways; Hourly, Booking Commissions, Spiffs, and monthly bonuses.

Hours worked and hourly pay:

This is a Full-Time position Monday - Friday / 12pm to 7:30pm

Hourly pay: Minimum wage - $17.13 per hour

Tour Commissions:

Telemarketer gets a commission of $50.00 per Vacation Certificate Sold/booked.

Monthly Bonus:

Each month all Vacation Certificates are counted, and based on how many are sold in a month, the Telemarketer can hit different levels of bonus.

Spiffs:

We promote daily, weekly and monthly cash spiffs. The marketing agent can earn extra income with these special promotions designed to excite and motivate the telemarketer. These cash spiffs are paid out to the telemarketer every other week via direct deposit.

*This position should average 55K to 60K annually
