First Choice Heating & Cooling LLC, a premier HVAC service provider in Waukesha, WI, is seeking a talented Telemarketing Professional to join our team. This role is integral to our business growth, focusing on creating opportunities and fostering growth through strategic telemarketing initiatives. As a part of our team, you will play a key role in expanding our service reach and impact, helping us keep Muskego warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and optimize telemarketing lists to generate consistent service appointments.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to schedule service appointments.
