Job Description

  • Answer inbound calls from customers, providing order support and first call resolution while working within company guidelines
  • Become completely familiar with the Flowerbuyer Floral Auction site
  • Provide training to new and existing florists on their Flowerbuyer Account page and ensure they fully understand their resources and tools
  • Partner with other teams in the business to execute outbound call lists as needed
  • Achieve key performance indicators, productivity standards, call quality performance & adhere to schedule
  • Handle escalated customer issues with Supervisor support
  • Additional duties/responsibilities as assigned

  • Self-motivated and driven, with ability to work with minimal direction
