A Taste of What You'll Do
As a Go To Market Manager, you will play a critical role in driving organizational transformation by identifying opportunities that create measurable efficiencies, unlock growth, and enable smarter business decisions. You will act as a strategic connector across Sales, IT, and cross-functional teams, translating insights into action and ensuring initiatives deliver meaningful outcomes. This role is ideal for someone energized by solving complex business challenges using data, influencing stakeholders, and leading high-impact projects from concept through execution.
You will lead initiatives that strengthen sales performance by building and improving systems, processes, and tools that empower data-driven decision-making. By partnering closely with leadership and internal teams, you will help prioritize key business needs, assess risks, and deliver innovative solutions that support long-term strategic goals. Your ability to analyze performance, identify growth drivers, and communicate insights clearly will enable leadership to act confidently and decisively.
In this role, you will also facilitate collaboration across teams and external partners, ensuring continuous improvement in distributor performance, sales intelligence, and operational effectiveness. Your leadership will help foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning while ensuring alignment with company objectives and sustainable business practices.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics, mathematics or data analytics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility, OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of Gallo or partner distributor experience to include business analytics or financial modeling work reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR MBA degree plus 4 years of finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics, mathematics or data analytics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility: OR High School Diploma or State Issued Certificate plus 6 years of finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics, mathematics or data analytics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
  • Skilled in the use of MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word and OneNote at an advanced level.
  • Required to travel by air and automobile up to 25% during the course of business.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
