Job Responsibilities:
  • Project Manage multiple workstreams to meet regulatory filing milestones and deliver a final regulatory product.
  • Understand technical calculations, requirements, and strategies for regulatory chapters and filings they are responsible for executing.
  • Be a subject matter expert for the portions of the regulatory filings they are responsible for project managing.
  • Develop project schedules, call experts across the company to understand tasks, coordinate large meetings with stakeholders to develop solutions, run brainstorming sessions with technical experts and keep them on track to deliver products, develop presentations on recommended strategies for the regulatory filing, and write testimony within the regulatory filing itself that represents approved strategy from leadership.
Required Skills:
  • Experience project managing strategic business initiatives that impacted future business investments.
  • Understands technical details and calculations of the projects they manage and act as a subject matter expert for the project.
  • Ability to make connections across the company to understand and develop recommendations independently without significant direction from leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Typically possesses three to five years of experience in managing large scale projects and use of associated management tools and techniques.
