Project Manager – Telecommunications & Utility Construction
Salary: $110,000– $125,000 per year + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead pre-construction and construction activities for large-scale telecom and utility infrastructure projects. This role requires a strong background in safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise all phases of assigned construction projects.

  • Schedule major construction tasks and manage subcontractor services, including payment approvals.

  • Coordinate activities of field superintendents, craft labor, and subcontractors to maintain project continuity.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, permitting authorities, and utility providers.

  • Ensure strict adherence to job safety, quality standards, schedules, and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct site visits, attend pre-bid meetings, and review all construction documents and specifications.

  • Perform accurate material take-offs, obtain vendor/subcontractor quotes, and prepare labor/material estimates.

  • Develop budgets, track costs, and manage project schedules.

  • Oversee inventory, material management, and loss control.

  • Manage change orders, verify work completion percentages, and coordinate billing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Demonstrated experience in telecom/data infrastructure development, permitting, and utility coordination.
