Salary Range: $135k/year + benefits
Work Authorization: USC or GC
Must Have:
  • Infrastructure project management across servers, networking, and end-user computing
  • Cloud migration and data center or server decommissioning
  • Active Directory, user provisioning, and email systems
  • Telecom and network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, and access points
  • Enterprise onboarding and system integration
  • Project tracking, reporting, and governance

Responsibilities:
  • Lead infrastructure workstreams during company integrations and acquisitions
  • Manage projects across servers, cloud migration, networking, telecom, and end-user computing
  • Track infrastructure tasks tied to migrations, decommissioning, onboarding, and standardization
  • Coordinate user onboarding including account setup, device readiness, and system access
  • Drive telecom and network alignment across acquired entities to match enterprise standards
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting
  • Provide regular updates to executive stakeholders and integration leadership
  • Track one-time integration costs and ongoing savings tied to infrastructure initiatives
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Procurement, and technical teams to keep delivery on track
  • Ensure all infrastructure efforts align with enterprise architecture and operational standards

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure
  • Strong experience managing large-scale infrastructure programs or enterprise IT projects
  • Solid understanding of servers, networking, cloud environments, end-user computing, and email systems
  • Experience leading system integration, onboarding, or acquisition-related IT initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholder groups at the same time
  • Experience building executive-level reporting and presenting program status to senior leadership

Nice to Have:
  • Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions integration programs
  • Prior background in infrastructure engineering, systems, or network administration
  • Exposure to cost tracking, budgeting, or financial estimation for infrastructure projects
