Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Local Candidates Only)
Pay Range: $80 - $85 per hour on W2
Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Facilities & Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise IT infrastructure and facilities projects, including network infrastructure, structured cabling, AV systems, physical security, and data center initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience, strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, and the ability to successfully deliver complex, high-visibility infrastructure projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT Facilities and Infrastructure projects.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
  • Oversee network, structured cabling, AV, security, and infrastructure modernization projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation, executive reporting, and governance activities.
  • Facilitate project meetings, risk mitigation, and status communications.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with PMO standards.
Must-have Skills:
  • 10+ years of IT Infrastructure and Facilities Project Management experience.
  • Active PMP Certification (Required).
  • Experience managing WAN/LAN/WLAN, structured cabling, MDF/IDF, DAS, Audio Visual, and physical security projects.
  • Strong knowledge of server upgrades, OS patching, hardware refresh, and infrastructure modernization.
  • Experience with vendor management, budgeting, RFPs, SOWs, and project governance.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Project, Microsoft 365, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Anaplan, Bluebeam, CAD Viewer, and Lucidchart.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and risk management skills.
Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Experience managing global, multi-site IT infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of IT Facilities, Security, and Network Architecture best practices.
Certification:
  • Active PMP Certification (Mandatory)
