Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking candidates for a local Dubuque, IA company for a temporary Customer Service Administrative Assistant position. This is a full-time opportunity expected to run through October 31, 2026.

Pay: $21.48/hour

Schedule:

  • Mondayโ€“Friday

  • 7:30 AM โ€“ 4:00 PM

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming calls from the public and provide excellent customer service.

  • Assist with service requests, including trash cart swaps, cart purchases, and scheduling large item collections.

  • Enter and update information in computer systems.

  • Scan and organize documents into digital databases.

  • Use Outlook, Word, Excel, online scheduling tools, and other office software.

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience required.

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Comfortable learning and using various online scheduling tools and databases.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while providing friendly, professional service.
