**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Amcomm Comcast Supervisor for the Indy/Fort Wayne area to oversee a team of communication technicians. The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all installations and repairs are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a telecommunications or related field
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of telecommunication systems and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise a team of communication technicians in the Indy/Fort Wayne area
- Ensure all installations and repairs are completed on time and meet quality standards
