Job Summary

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of telecommunications projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to customer and company requirements. This role serves as a liaison between internal departments, field teams, vendors, and customers to coordinate activities, track project milestones, and ensure successful project delivery.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multiple telecommunications projects from initiation through completion.
  • Assist Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and status reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, field operations, and vendor teams.
  • Schedule site surveys, installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
  • Monitor project documentation, permits, contracts, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain project records and ensure data accuracy within project management systems.
  • Identify potential project risks and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support procurement activities, including equipment ordering and vendor coordination.
  • Facilitate project meetings and document action items and follow-up activities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
