Job Summary

We are seeking six motivated electricians or apprentices to support utility and telecommunications infrastructure projects. This role involves installing electrical services on utility poles within the public right-of-way (ROW) and supporting wireless/telecom equipment installations. Candidates with strong electrical fundamentals and a willingness to learn are encouraged to applyโ€”we will train the right individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install 100-amp electrical services on utility poles in the ROW
  • Install and support power supply equipment, radios, and antennas
  • Perform work safely at heights and in active field environments
  • Read and interpret electrical plans, diagrams, and job specifications
  • Follow all safety procedures, utility standards, and company policies
  • Work independently or as part of a crew to meet project schedules
  • Travel as required for out-of-town assignments (70%-80%)
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Electrical experience in commercial, utility, or telecommunications work preferred
  • Bucket truck experience is a plus but not required
  • Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems and tools
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety
  • Valid driverโ€™s license required
  • Ability to pass background checks and job-specific safety training
  • Licensed to work in Marion County, IN is preferred.

Training
