Telecom Technician (Level I – IV) ON SITE POSITION Full-Time | Permanent Positions | Nationwide Candidates Welcome We are currently seeking Telecom Technicians (Levels I–IV) to join our growing team. These are full-time, permanent positions offering excellent benefits starting on day one , along with paid training and strong career advancement opportunities. This role requires individuals who are motivated, reliable, and willing to travel for project-based work across multiple states. Projects are primarily located in: New York Michigan Ohio Pennsylvania Candidates from anywhere in the U.S. are encouraged to apply —travel is required. Pay: Based on Level and experience Telecom Technicians will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunications systems and infrastructure. Responsibilities will vary based on experience level (Level I–IV). Key Responsibilities, may differ based on Level I - IV Install, test, and maintain telecom equipment (fiber, copper, structured cabling, etc.) Perform troubleshooting and repairs of network systems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Travel to job sites as required Work collaboratively with team members and project managers Technician Levels Level I: Entry-level; basic knowledge or willingness to learn; paid training provided Level II: Some hands-on experience; able to perform tasks with minimal supervision Level III: Advanced technical skills; capable of leading small teams or projects Level IV: Expert-level technician; leadership experience; able to oversee large-scale projects Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
