In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
• Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
• Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
• Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
• Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

• The ability to handle end to end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.

Required Skill and Experience
E2E testng/multi-application flow testing: Demonstrated experience testing across 5+ interconnected systems/applications (not system / single application testing)
Leadership/coordination (for lead profiles): Experience coordinating UAT cycles, leading SIT/regression cycles, or mentoring junior QA engineers
Live lab/network device testing: Prior hands-on experience preferred, not just simulated/lab-environment testing
Preferred Skill and Experience
Telecom Domain Expertise
End-to-end (E2E) testing experience in telecom, across large-scale, complex, multi-application flow scenarios
Deep knowledge of: ordering, provisioning, activation, network testing, workflow engines, telecom planning & construction applications, trouble ticketing, and alarm lifecycle/fault management systems
Core telecom domain protocols and infrastructure
Circuit and inventory enrichment
Experience with network and network devices, including live lab testing
Testing Types & Methodology
End-to-end, regression, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination
GUI, web service, and backend testing/automation, Automated and manual cross-system ticketing lifecycle testing, Log-based backend auditing and traceability testing, Test data management, simulation, and generation
Risk management
Automation & Technical Skills: Programming: Java or Python, Test automation frameworks: Selenium, Playwright, API automation/testing: Postman, REST Assured, SOAP, SQL, AI-assisted test generation and tooling (e.g., Gemini, Copilot, Claude)
Tools & Platforms Test/defect management: JIRA, qTest , Version control: Git, GitLab, CI/CD: Jenkins, CI/CD pipeline integration, DevOps practices, Collaboration: Confluence
