Job Summary
United Towers LLC is seeking a highly skilled and energetic Experienced Tower Climber/Top Hand to join our dynamic telecommunication installation team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely climbing and working on towers, installing, maintaining, and repairing critical communication infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure the seamless operation of wireless networks, including 5G, 4G/LTE, 3G, and fiber optic systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in challenging environments while contributing to the expansion of cutting-edge telecommunication services.

Duties

  • Safely ascend towers using climbing gear and rigging techniques to perform installation, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Conduct cabling, wiring, and grounding of equipment in accordance with safety standards and technical specifications.
  • Perform rigging tasks necessary for tower assembly or structural modifications.
  • Execute field service activities including troubleshooting network issues related to 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all climbing activities, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a tower climber or top hand with a strong understanding of telecommunication infrastructure.
  • Ability to climb towers safely using harnesses, lanyards, and other fall protection equipment.
