Required Skills:

Microstrategy and Cognos 

Experience with Microstrategy Reporting 

Knowledge in Oracle and SQL Server as back end DBs 

Some Cognos knowledge is preferred 

Experience on a Data Mart, Data warehousing kind of environments 

Good understanding on Dimensional modelling environment
