Job description

Amazon Leo is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.
Key job responsibilities
- Design and Implement Telecom Components, Applications and Services
- Partner with the Satellite, Networks and Security engineering teams
- Design components, services, and relevant data models
Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S

as a refugee or granted asylum.
A day in the life
Have you wanted an opportunity to develop the software applications and services for an advanced global telecom service. This role is for a Software Development Engineer who will design, build, and maintain components and services of Amazon Leo's Customer Engagement Systems and interact with the core Leo Network.


About the team
Our team owns developing the architecture, solutions & roadmap for managing the customer lifecycle for telecom services; for example identity and account management, subscriber management services, user provisioning, billing and payments, customer and technical support tools, offer management tools, and customer metrics and analytics.
